Romantic Novels?

Posted on October 21st, 2009 by admin

I am looking for an intense intimate novel.

One that is based on the time period of the 21st century and one that is as real as possible..a man and woman love story. Nothing western or in the days of kings and queens…or nothing like pochahontas.

Similar to the books of author Nora Roberts, but it doesn’t have to be her books…unless you know of a good one…please any opinions would be enjoyed…don’t be shy if you name something to erotic…haha

Please help me. Even if you know a good website that gives you lists

Here’s a few you might want to consider:

Fern Michaels – Up Close & Personal
Fern Michaels – Fool Me Once
Susan Wiggs – Dockside
Christina Skye – Code Name: Bikini
Linda Miller – Sun, Sand, Sex
Lucy Monroe – Satisfaction Guaranteed
Lisa Rice – Dangerous Lover
Christina Dodd – Tongue In Chic

Check the paperback section at your local library. Many like ours has a huge selection of Harlequin romances. They’re quick, easy and titilating.

You may like some of Linda Howards romance, Nora Roberts has some really good ones. Her Three sisters trilogy was great. The Donavan Legacy I loved. Sherrilyn Kenyon has some modern vampire series The Dark Hunter. They are fantastic. Sandra Brown has some good modern ones.Maggie Shayne is good. Dinah McCall is good. Karen Robards. You can go to any of their websites and find bunches and they have excerpts from most of their books. I love to read. I love the Scottish castles and Victorian era better. But I have enjoyed these authors as much.

Any of the "Blaze" series are very intimate, very 21st Century. Hotter than Nora Roberts. Tori Carrington is a good author.

Thrilogy of modern vampire by Stephanie Meyer. It’s all about what a girl named Bella is willing to give up to be with her soul mate Edward. I think that it is the best series EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
