What is a few of your favorite teen romance books or just teen books in general? Why? Give titles please and a good description, I love to read and am looking for great books =]
i’ll chose the best answer as the book that sounds most interesting!!
Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Looking for Alaska, A Great and Terrible Beauty, Rebel Angels, Confessions of Georgia Nicolson, and the Uglies series.
I can relate to them.
Twilight- Bella Swan moves to Forks, WA. She meets Edward. He is mysterious and he turns out to be a Vampire. They fall in love. New Moon and Eclipse are the sequel.
Looking for Alaska- Miles goes to a boarding school in Alabama. He meets Chip and Alaska. They become one of his real friends. He finds about Alaska’s past. Tradgey strikes.
A Great and Terrible Beauty- Gemma Doyle is sent to a finishing school after her mom’s die. It is the 1890′s. She finds a dimension full of dream. She also uncovers secerts.
Rebel Angels is the sequal.
Confessions of Georgia Nicolson- The first book is Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging. It’s about Georgia Nicolson. She is 14. She has a sister that is trouble. A cat that is a hell-raiser. She also likes Robbie, who is dating Wet Lindsey. This book is a laugh.
Uglies series- This book is set in the future. Tally Youngblood is waiting to turn 16 in order to become a pretty. She plans on getting plastic surgey like everyone else. Her new best friend, Shay runs away to smoke and plans on staying ugly forever. Tally is forced to find Shay and tell Dr. Cable where smoke is. She finds out that perfection isn’t as it seems.
Pretties, Specials, and Extras are the sequal.
Scott Westerfeld wrote Midnighter series(The Secert Hour, Touching Darkness, and Blue Noon), Peeps(Last days is the Sequal), and So Yesterday.
Sarah Dessen also writes alot of romances. Just Listen, Keeping the Moon, That Summer, This Lullaby, Dreamland, and The Truth about Forever are really good.

I personally like chicken soup for the teens soul. Becuase it just has alot about different problems and real life isues teens deal with and the storys are all true and were sent in by real teens.

The Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer (includes Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse) is by far the best teen romance series I’ve ever read!
It’s about a new girl in the rainy town of Forks, Washington, Bella Swan. When she arrives at school, everyone is nice to her…except for the mysterious Edward Cullen. She later finds out that he, along with his family, are vampires.
This series is great because all the things Edward says and does is so cute! And the vampire part is not gory at all. It’s funny, romantic, and action-packed!
I just finished reading Luna by Julie Anne Peters. It’s about a sister, Regan O’ Neil, who struggles with her brother’s secret identity. He is a girl born inside a boy’s body, who only comes out at night to dress up in girl’s clothes and makeup. This is a great book that shows the love between brothers and sisters and finding your true self.

Now….I am all into fantasy/legends/myths/romance…..that kinda stuff. If you enjoy reading that, you should try the following: Eragon, Eldest, The Alchemyst, and The Chronicles of Narnia.
There is also the 4 book series called Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. very very good romance/friendship books for teens.

Lynne Ewing – Daughers of the Moon series and two others they have not yet stared to read
Tamora Pierce ~ She has 4 or 5 series at this time
and when I was younger I loved the Xanth Series by Pierce Anthony, which is up to .. 14 or so books…
