What are some good romance books that would be appropriate for a 13 year old?

Almost all romance books written for teenagers has a lot of innapropriate content in it. Does anyone know of any good romance books for a 13 year old that doesn’t have that much of that objectable content.

i know its kinda weird, but Manga. japanese comic books. there are MILLIONS of fuzzy, clean ones. i read them. and you can read them online for free at onemanga.com/mangafox.com
just put the filter on and your set!

i would have to say that the twilight book series is your best choice
i myself, have read all four books
their is also the book called Haters and can be found at barnes and nobles and their is also one that is called two way street and it is also found at barnes and nobles
