What are some good fiction romance books for teens?
Posted on February 20th, 2010 by admin
I am looking for lots of books to read for summer.
The names of authors I already know of:
Meg Cabot
Lauren Myracle
Sarah Dessen
Also, Please don’t say "twilight" I’ve read them and I liked them, but I only liked the romance part of them. I don’t like books about vampires.
Also, I don’t really like fantasy books.
Thanks for the suggestions, I really appreciate them.
Here are a few of books of teen fiction romance books:
The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins.
Vampire Kisses
Blood and Chocolate by Annettte Curtis Klause
I Capture the Castle by Dodie Smith
The Countess Below Stairs by Eva Ibbotson
East by Edith Pattou
The Mary Russell series by Laurie King
Howl’s Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones
Crown Duel by Sherwood Smith
Crossing Paths by Dianne Blacklock
These are just a few but these are all good book.

What My Mother Doesn’t Know is really good, though it’s written in free verse poetry form. It looks long, but it’s very quick to get through.
Also, if you’re a more mature teenager, maybe some VC Andrews Books, like the Landry series that starts with Ruby.

Well I read manga which is like comics but just from Japan. They are kind of like watching movies and there are tons of romance manga that I think you would like. They can be about school life in Japan or about two adults. There is just an amazing variety and you just need to look. The downside is it can be expensive since there is more than 1 whole book per series. They’re called volumes and the number per series varies. If you want to look for good manga you can go to http://www.animenewsnetwork.com for description or myanimelist.net and then search on ebay or amazon to but them online or is you have a local bookstore that has manga.
