What are some good romance books to read?

Okay, yes. I am a girl, and frankly, i’ve been having trouble finding new books to read. I’ve read many drama/romance books such as Twilight series and the Time Traveler’s Wife. Please don’t reccomend any fantasy or vampire books since i’m not a huge fan. But I am a huge fan of drama and romance, also a bit of humor.

So please reccomend!

~Sunday’s at Tiffany’s by James Patterson

I loved all of them and The Time Traveler’s Wife

Any good teenage romance books with a love-hate relationship?

Posted on February 24th, 2010 by admin

I really want to read a good teen romance book, but the kind of books I really like are the ones where the people that end up getting together hate each other throughout like, the entire book. They’re kind of hard to find, though. Does anybody know any good books like that?

What romance books do you recommend for me?

Posted on February 18th, 2010 by admin

I’ve read the whole twilight series and fell head over heels in LOVE with them :) so I’ve been done with them for a while now, and I want to find another book or series that involves romance. Edward and Bella type romance, lol. Something addicting. What books would you recommend?

Demon in My View

Twilight was basically a rip-off of that book, and no one noticed. Seriously.

Romance Books?!?!?!?!?!?

Posted on February 16th, 2010 by admin

even though its pretty ironic, i need a non-fiction romance book and it is close to impossible to find one!!!!!!!!!!!pleaseeee help

Jane Austen–Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, Persuasion, Mansefield Park, Emma, Northgrange Abbey—formal, classics from the time when romance was an art–lovely!!
Charlotte Bronte–Jane Eyre–a dark romance
Lucy Maud Montgomery (the BEST) –The Blue Castle, Emily series, Anne of Green Gables series, Kilmeny of the Orchard, At the Altar–tons more–very uplifting and romantic and poetic
Baroness Orczy–The Scarlet Pimpernel —> super amazing once you get past the first ground-setting chapters—a real page turner! It had me on the edge of my seat, and heartrending romance
Charles Dickens–A Tale of Two Cities–a tragic romance

This should get you started. These are REAL romance novels, ones that last and are enjoyed for generations not those cheap ten cent garbage ones that have no plot and are all emotion. I loved these and I am sure you will too. My favorite is LM Montgomery, everyone remembers her for the Anne series but she wrote some pretty amazing books that don’t get much attention, plus tons of short stories. Happy reading!

Can anyone give info on romance books with wolves or werewolves in them?

Posted on February 13th, 2010 by admin

I just started reading romance books, I thought I wouldn’t be interested in them. But I am. And I have read two so far that involved werewoves and I like them. If anyone would like to share a title that would be interesting I’d be thankful.

The Twilight series ( twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse by stephenie meyer) are the best most amazing extraordinary books ever!! I love them so much!! I couldn’t live without them, they really changed my life. But it’s more of a vampire/human romance, with werewolve conflicts.

Can you request me some good romance books?

Posted on February 6th, 2010 by admin

The type of romance books that draw my attention are ones that have a storyline based around forbidden romance either by danger or whatever. Please request some – apart from the twilight series, i’ve read all those.

I personally loved pride and prejudice itll always be considered a classic

Also the secret circle series by L.J Smith is an awsome read, along with The Vampire Diaries, also by L.J Smth.

Always Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn will obviously be a choice by Stephany Meyer.

Also the House Of Night series by the Casts is highly reconmended :D
*Marked(one)*
*Betrayed(two*
*Choses(three)*
*Untamed(four)*
*Hunted(five)*
*Tempted(six, alost not out)* dont let the length scare you, let the addictiveness scare you :D

*Library Finds*

Okay i spend some time in the library and found a few intresting books (romance value varies)

*Gregory the overlander(awsome, not much romance)*
*A curse dark as gold(it has good romance, but kinda boring in the begining)*
*Among the hidden(no romance what-so-ever, but it is FANTASTIC)*
*Small Steps(fowllow up of holes, has romance, music and SPLOOSH)*

Okay i have alot more in the library section but its gettin late gtg :D best of luck
